Contact the clinic directly to confirm current services, clinician qualifications, appointment availability, eligibility, pricing and any insurance requirements. Treatment offerings and coverage can change. Do not assume that a listing means the clinic is accepting new patients.
Ask about your assessment, the monitoring required for your treatment, transportation home, medication instructions and follow-up care. Only a licensed clinician who has reviewed your health history can determine whether treatment is appropriate.

How likely are you to recommend Dura Medical?
“Anna, BH-ARNP, is exceptionally knowledgeable, attentive, professional, and compassionate. She takes the time to thoroughly review medications, symptoms, and treatment effectiveness at every appointment. Beyond medication management, she thoughtfully explores life stressors and collaborates with her patients to identify the best next steps for their care. Anna creates an environment where patients feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I consistently leave appointments feeling supported, empowered, and hopeful. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking expert, patient-centered psychiatric care.”
“Kathy Hart is a well balanced power house with her abilities and knowledge to provide the assistance you need. Meticulous with attention to detail and the best of the best qualities when it comes to personal interaction. I cannot say enough positive or put into words the gratitude which I have.”
“EDIT: 7/17 Hours after I posted this review, I received a phone call from Liz apologizing for not reviewing my payment and attendance history before making her original decision to not waive my late fee. She stated that she would go ahead and waive it for me and then transferred me to my original office to try and reschedule my appointments. After I was transferred, no one picked up (because it was about 5:54pm on a Friday) and I never heard back from anyone after that. A month or two ago, I had my follow up appointment with my psychiatrist, and after explaining the situation to her, she reached out to the front desk on my behalf and asked them to reach out to me to reschedule, which they did. I am changing my original 1 star rating, to a 4 star one because I adore my care team and have never in my life, been lucky enough to find such genuine, kind, and compassionate treatment as I've found at Dura Medical. That being said, I feel it would be wrong to not provide an honest update to my review, to ensure it doesn't prevent other people in need of quality mental health providers, from seeking services with this company. At the end of the day, this issue was resolved and I do appreciate that but it's unfortunate that I had to write a review in order for that to happen and it's unfortunate that I had to go through the hassle of canceling all my therapy sessions and then having to go back months later and reschedule them. For that reason, I can personally only give 4 stars. ORIGINAL: 3/27 I have been using Duramedical for about a year now. I’d never once missed a payment, been late to an appointment or just NOT shown up for any of my appointments the entire time. This passed Tuesday, I had the wrong time for my appointment due to this appointment being scheduled an hour earlier than all of my other appointments and was late (I quite literally did NOT no call/no show) by 40 minutes. While it was still during my scheduled therapy time, I spoke with my therapist, via text who informed me she had already put me down as a “no call/no show” but that since I “had no other no call/no shows” Liz at the front desk may reverse it for me but that she didn’t know what she’d decide. Liz refused to return any of my calls and made the decision that the $160 “no show fee” was more important than my mental health or the fact that I’d never missed before and the fact that I paid weekly to be seen by this therapist. As someone who also works in mental and behavioral health, it’s insane to me that DuraMedical would rather throw away a weekly client over the first and only misunderstanding they’ve had in over a year, than to simply work with them. Very sad to learn that this company values money over the people they’re supposed to be helping and now I’ll have to struggle to find a new therapist.”
“If I could give zero stars, I would!! Don’t trust these people with your loved ones! Families seeking mental health treatment deserve professionalism, responsiveness, and compassion — all of which we unfortunately did not experience with this practice. Lack of communication was so extremely unprofessional then after we cancelled their services two weeks ago they just charged us for the last appointment and marked it as a no show!! They only care about money, please do your diligence. Absolutely horrible”
