“Follow-up review — and one I plan to continue updating as my care progresses. Thus, I felt my previous review (9/17/2026) could add some finer detail. I saw my doctor for the second time on September 17, 2026, and wanted to add to my original review because my experience with LifeStance continues to be very positive. My doctor is caring, grounded, knowledgeable, and clearly well-versed in psychiatric care. I appreciate having a physician who listens, communicates clearly, and approaches treatment thoughtfully. The practice itself is also very well run, from the front desk experience to scheduling, communication, and the patient portal. The portal is especially helpful because it keeps medications, appointments, and therapy information organized and accessible in one place. That kind of communication and accessibility matters tremendously in mental healthcare. I came to Florida after being with the same psychiatric practice, in my home state, since I was 16 years old. Over time, the office became increasingly challenging to reach for patients and pharmacies. Today, in my wonderful new state of FL, having a practice that is organized and responsive has been a refreshing, welcomed change. So far, I am very satisfied with both my physician and the overall experience. In a time when accessible, compassionate, high-quality psychiatric and mental healthcare is needed more than ever, LifeStance has made a very strong impression.
