He has a way of creating an environment where it’s easy to open up and talk honestly without feeling judged. “I don't think I've ever received better customer service (For lack of a better term) or patient care than I've gotten from Sophie today. I just moved from Florida to North Carolina, and she has been texting me 1 on 1 all day today to make sure that I receive my medications, as they are due today, and even went as far as to get in contact with providers up here in NC to make sure that the pharmacy will fill them. Exceptional care, amazing assistant and even better person. ❤️”

“I am writing this review as a patient of Carl Brescia’s, whom I absolutely have adored! He is phenomenal in his field of work, is caring, knowledgeable, & takes his time with his patients. HOWEVER! His office staff are some of the Rudest, most incompetent & in empathetic people I have ever had the displeasure of having to speak with. They don’t give two craps about these patients or their needs. Christina (who I was later informed is actually an assistant office manager HAHAHA!) & Skylar are truly in the wrong line of work. I requested a call from their regional manager, Tiffany Beaty, who still has yet to call me. As much as it pains me, I am now looking for a new doctor!”
