“Charles Maddix is definitely the best psychiatrist I've ever had. My case is complex and he takes the time to listen to me. He thinks outside the box and is willing to find solutions that other psychs might not consider. I couldn't be happier with the care he provides. He is especially knowledgeable about ADHD and the role of hormones in mental illness and offers alternative treatments like ketamine infusions. My only complaint is that communication with the office between appointments is often difficult. They often don't answer the phones or return voicemails or portal messages. They have said that they are working on these issues and are hiring additional staff- I look forward to seeing positive changes in their communication practices, because I really love this practice, all of their staff, and how Charles Maddix practices medicine.”
